Heidi Hosman brings over 20 years of experience in quality assurance and nondestructive testing, with a background spanning nuclear power, aerospace, buildings and bridges, and the semiconductor industry.

She is a former ASQC Certified Quality Auditor and holds NDT Level II certifications in Magnetic Particle Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Visual Testing, and Ultrasonic Testing. Heidi has also been actively involved in the NADCAP accreditation process as a Quality Assurance Engineer, with experience in audit preparation, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Today, Heidi manages inspection documentation for a major Intel process piping contractor in the semiconductor sector, ensuring compliance, traceability, and accuracy within complex inspection and quality environments. She is also one of the original founders of NDTCertify.

Andrew Hosman is the Owner of L3 Inspection Services, LLC, with over 25 years of experience in quality control and nondestructive testing. He is a current AWS Certified Welding Inspector and an ASNT NDT Level III with endorsements in UT, PT, MT, and VT.

His experience spans petrochemical facilities, buildings and bridges, semiconductor facilities, and power plant process piping systems. Andrew provides Outside Agency NDT Level III services throughout the Phoenix area, supporting NDT program development, written practice creation, procedure review, audit preparation, and the qualification of company NDT personnel.

In addition, Andrew supplies qualified QC inspection personnel to mechanical contractors, helping ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and contract specifications.

Robert Hosman is a seasoned ASNT Level III professional with over 50 years of experience in nondestructive testing and instruction. As the founder and owner of NDE Professionals, Inc., Robert dedicated his career to advancing NDT practices and education across nuclear, aerospace, structural steel, piping, and semiconductor plant construction.

Although retired, Robert remains committed to the advancement of the NDT profession. His expertise and leadership continue to shape NDTCertify's standards-driven approach to examination quality and industry relevance.
